TOPO cloning reaction
Using pCR8/GW/TOPO TA cloning kit from Invitrogen

1. Combine in order:
   3 uL of PCR
   1 uL of salt solution (from TOPO kit)
   1 uL of H2O
   1 uL of TOPO vector
2. Flick tube to mix, quick spin, incubate reaction at room temp for 30 minutes

Can freeze reactions after incubation or transform into super-competent cells (separate protocol)

TOPO vector reagent contains both the vector and the topoisomerase enzyme
